Marketing is a living process of communication and relation between people in organizations or enterprises with people in the markets or society. This living process of the communication comprises not only of direct or medial interaction, but by perception and binding of social or individual communication behaviour. This process of the communication is initiated and managed through a goal-based thinking and activites.

I’m an expert in 360 degree marketing and my courses range from strategic marketing, web2.0 marketing or social marketing to marketing management and media marketing.
